They’ve taken aim at a powerful symbol of the image they’re trying to put to rest: strip clubs.
Ground zero in this battle is an aging strip club that sits on the edge of some of Reno’s most valuable land.
But the strip club is fighting back.

More than a fight over lap dances, The City looks at this battle over Reno’s identity and ones like it being waged in cities across America.
Who decides what kind of city Reno becomes? What is lost and gained in the name of progress? And who among Reno’s residents will no longer be able to call the city home?
